今天來看一個簡單的形容詞，cozy. 它有兩種用法：第一種是形容房間等(溫暖而)舒適的，小而整齊舒服的：There was a little cozy restaurant, and my mother used to take me there. 那裡曾經有家舒適雅緻的小餐廳，我媽常常帶我去。The room had a cozy, homelike atmosphere. 那個房間有種賓至如歸的舒適氣氛。

第二種可以用在房間(或建築)以外的東西，當然也可以包括人、談話等：Let's go there and have a cozy chat after class! 讓我們下課去那裡輕鬆聊聊吧！I was kind of getting cozy at the Shubert, though. 然而，聽舒伯特的曲子讓我感到舒服。
